Al-Hillal is the group's infrastructure contractor. Sixty-seven documented projects since 2006 span the public sector, from the airport development programme and Shalamcheh crossing to roads, bridges and power feeders, and the private sector, where it builds well pads, access roads, camps and facilities inside Basra's oilfields for ExxonMobil, ENI, Basrah Gas, ENKA and Petrojet. It holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.
